In some cases, it may be necessary for a designer to substitute one flower for another due to seasonal availability or to ensure a healthy quality of flower makes it into your arrangement. Substituted flowers will always have a similar colour, appearance and an equal or higher £ value. For example, a pink ranunculus may be substituted for a pink anemone. We aim to give you the freshest and longest lasting blooms possible within your colour palette every time. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Fresh cut flowers should be expected to have a vase life of 3-5 days, though we often hear that our arrangements exceed this expectation. Should you have a concern about the arrangement you receive, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
